Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
What time should I arrive?
Guests are kindly asked to arrive from 16:00. Please be seated by 16:30 for the ceremony to begin at 17:00.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking will be available at Villa Livia.
What if I have food allergies or dietary requirements?
Please let us know any food allergies or dietary requirements when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure these are catered for on the day.
Is there a dress code?
Thursday – Welcome Party
La Dolce Vita vibes - relaxed Italian style with light fabrics and effortless elegance.
Friday – Wedding Day
Formal Italian Elegance - light suits, flowing dresses, and chic spring style inspired by Rome.
How do I get to Villa Livia?
We will be arranging transport to and from Villa Livia, guests will be collected from Via di S.Teodoro in Circus Maximus and dropped back off after the wedding. This is a 25 minute journey.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying near Circus Maximus or in the surrounding areas, which offer a great range of hotels and easy access to the wedding location and the rest of the city.
Will the ceremony be outdoors?
The ceremony, reception, and dinner will take place outdoors, weather permitting.
What will the weather be like?
May in Rome is usually warm and sunny, with mild evenings. Light layers are recommended.
What food and drink will be served?
We’ll be serving a Rome-inspired Italian menu, celebrating local flavours and seasonal ingredients. Vegetarian and dietary options will be available.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present.
What time will the celebrations end?
The evening will finish around 1 AM.
Is there a gift registry?
We won’t be having a gift registry. Your presence truly means the most to us. For those who wish to contribute, there will be a box at the wedding and a link available on the website.
